Heating Instructions: 1. Oven Bake: Place calamari in a single layer on a broiling pan sprayed with a nonstick coating. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 18 min. Flipping halfway through. or 1. Air Fry: Heat calamari at 400 degrees F for about 8 min or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through. 2. See salt & pepper calamari are already when crispy and golden brown. Keep frozen / Do not refreeze.
