Microwave Directions: 1 Combine water, milk, and butter in 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole dish. 2. Microwave on high 2:00. 3. Add potatoes: Stir until well blended. Microwave on high 2:30 to 3:30. Caution: Handle carefully: dish may be hot! 4. Stir. Microwave times developed using 1000-watt microwave ovens. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may need to be adjusted. Just Add Water! Potatoes can be prepared with just water on the stove-top or in the microwave.
