Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Preheat skillet to 360 degrees F., cook frozen patties 3-1/2 minutes on each side until browned. Cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Make your own skillet gravy. A General Recipe: Cook approximately 8 sausage patties on medium heat. When sausage is done, remove sausage and use drippings for making gravy. Stir in about 2-1/2 tbsp. of flour. Cook the flour and drippings for a minute or two bringing to a boil stirring constantly. Add approximately 1-1/2 cups of milk, salt, pepper and extra cooked sausage to get your desired taste and continue stirring to avoid lumps and bring gravy to a desired consistency. The longer it cooks, the thicker the gravy. Make it often and make it better. It's gooo-od. Keep frozen.
