Fondue in 15 minutes. 1. Prepare your dippers. 2. Open the bag. 3. Pour 3/4 cup of dry white wine and cheese blend into pan. 4. Heat on stove, over medium-high heat keep stirring till smooth. 5. Place fondue pot on fondue stand or pan of hot water. 6. Dip in! Skewer your dippers (keep stirring). If fondue is too thick; just add more wine. If fondue is too thin; in a separate dish, dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of wine, add to fondue, stir until fondue thickens. Just add wine and heat. Serve with crust bread, apples, grilled meat & wine. Dipping Options: Crusty cubes of bread are traditionally used for dipping, but why not try these fun, tasty alternatives. Cooked ham or turkey. Grilled beef, chicken or vegetables. Roasted mushrooms. Boiled potatoes. Baby carrots or cherry tomatoes. Cooked shrimp. Steamed broccoli or cauliflower. Apple pears or grapes. Keep refrigerated. Best if used within 5-7 days of opening.
