Instructions
Instructions - For the Brownies
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter and chopped chocolate, over medium heat. Whisk both sugars into the cooled chocolate. Add the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Whisk in the coffee extract.
Step 2
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Then fold until fully incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill the oval cavities halfway.
Step 3
Bake for approximately 10-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached (note: it's better to pull the brownies out early than to leave them in too long). Allow brownies to cool completely before removing from the mold.
Instructions - For the Ocean Spray Cranberry Grand Marnier Semifreddo
Step 1
Combine the Ocean Spray Craisins and Grand Marnier, then heat in a small saucepan. Once it comes to a simmer, pour into a container. Cover and allow it to sit overnight. Bring the milk to a boil and then pour over white chocolate. Using a hand-held blender or a whisk, blend until very smooth.
Step 2
Add the vanilla extract and then cool completely (roughly 75 degrees). Meanwhile, place the craisins mixture into a food processor and pulse into small pieces. The mixture should resemble a chunky paste. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold the white chocolate base into the whipped cream. Fold the Ocean Spray Craisins mixture.
Step 3
Pipe the filling into the oval molds. Fill halfway or if you want more filling, fill it to the top. Freeze until solid.
